Happy Wednesday! My life has become significantly more interesting lately, as I’m going to be moving at the end of the month, but I’m still chugging away on projects while I pack (or, really, while I “supervise” David packing – I’m such an awful mover!).
Inchies at The Daily Inchie
My favorite inchie over the past week is definitely my Deathly Hallows inchie:
David and I finally went to see Part 2 on Saturday – what an awesome movie! I loved the way Poppy Seed stitched up on this one.
Other Projects โ Ongoing
Sheep Mandala:
I think I’m stalling out on this one because it’s fairly repetative, and I am a total new-junkie. I know it’s going to look adorable when it’s done, though, so I will persevere!
David’s Scarf:
Finished the set-up row and started on the first real row of the ubiquitous Entrelac Scarf, except I’m using lace weight merino, size 0 needles, and 9 repeats instead of 3. But, seriously, it will be a scarf someday! ๐
Blackbird Designs Stocking Series: Didn’t work on this recently.
Other Projects – New
Subversive Cross Stitch: Cross Bitch
Grabbed a copy of the Subversive Cross Stitch book while I was in Vancouver a few weeks ago for Sock Summit, and decided I didn’t want to wait for one of my current projects to be finished before I started this one (rekeyed for some of my handspun threads, Rustic, Calypso, and Fertility). I’ll have a review of the book in the next week or so, but in the meantime here’s my short summary: I love this book! ๐

Happy Stitching!
